Overview
The application is based on a bottom-up philosophy of determining overall hospital staffing efficiency in relation to changes to patient census, OR procedures, admissions, etc. In that, total hospital staffing is the result of individual departmental staffing efficiency, thus, the system accounts for major variation in absolute staffing levels between hospitals. It details the "bottom line" impact on a hospital's finances, both, in total for the hospital and by department. It highlights areas with potential for improvements in productivity with the potential expressed in both dollars and FTEs.

It provides for weekly, biweekly or monthly reporting periods. Departmental staffing may be determined based on multiple variable standards, minimum staffing, constant, or budgetary requirements. Staffing requirements may be based on up to eight different benchmarks per department.

Installation Process
Software installation normally involves a series of seven steps.
